This listing includes a brushed aluminum dog tag that is hand stamped with "Allergies' with a medical alert design (Caduceus Symbol) on an 18 inch ball chain. The dog tag is 1 inch wide by 1 3/4 inches height and light weight.

These can be used for other medical alerts other than allergies. We can stamp anything you would like on it (as long as it will fit). For example, if you have diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, etc.
