-FAQ's and Common Questions

Can the back side be stamped?

I'm sorry, but no stamping on the back unless it is the bracelet cuffs.
I can usually change or position the text on the front or add a disc for a small additional fee, please feel free to contact me.
Stamping is not like engraving, which slightly scratches the metal. Stamping is hammering on a steel block each letter separately. It will leave small impressions on the opposite side.

How do I let you know what I what stamped?

You can leave all the details you want your item customized with in the Notes to Seller box at checkout.

A couple things to know in advance:
-I do NOT stamp on the back of my pieces (minus the bracelet cuffs), stamping is not like engraving, which slightly scratches the metal. Stamping is hammering on a steel block each letter separately. It will leave small impressions on the opposite side.

-I will make each piece look as close to the example picture as possible, keep that in mind while choosing any special names or details and make sure they are about the same amount of characters as to not overcrowd the piece.

Can I RUSH my order?

There is a special listing to add if you need your item rushed. You can find it in the RUSH & Shipping Upgrades section in my shop.

Every one wants their order in a hurry, but placing the rush order gives me an easier way to make sure it goes out as soon as I can make it.

Please be patient with holiday turnaround, rush orders will still be sent first.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders come in a beautiful organza bag ready for gift giving but there is an option to purchase a gift box if you want to add something special. You can find it in the Upgrades & Gift Cards section in my shop.

If you would like a note to go along with the gift wrapping, please leave me the information you'd like on the card in the Notes to Seller box at checkout.

Care instructions

A care instructions card goes with every order. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions on how to take care of your piece.
